I dont know if you noticed but the guy who met up with the two kidnappers of kim and Janet is the same guy from the second an third episode who was working with the girl who blew up the plane. Gaines is his name. He is the same guy who wants palmer dead also

1. Nina knew where Jack was going. Jayme found the address on the keycard and jack says literarily I’m going to check it out. 2. Mason is suspicious of Jack because he was at two crime scenes where agents were killed and he broke protocol by escaping the lockdown. 3. Maureen, the woman who called Palmer with the information about his son is a journalist.

Pretty much everything that was said already. I really thought it would click with you earlier when you saw Gaines, that he was the same guy that wanted Palmer dead. He was shown talking with Dan (the kidnapper) in the last episode.
