I think Jim should of just said hes a hoops man(remember season 1), I feel like charles would of been an all around sports dude, just favouring soccer the most.

Dwight vs Jim in this episode is so funny. But that scene with Charles and Jim was so cringy. I mean how in the world is Jim's fault haha.

I thoroughly dislike this episode. The whole soccer thing is stupid, and The Michael and Pam story has some decent moments, but it's cringy. The best parts of the episode is definitely Jim/Dwight, but even that is ruined by the incident where the new boss literally fires a shot right at Phyllis, and Jim gets the blame. It's just too ridiculous for me to enjoy. It's the kind of thing where Charles Miner should face consequences, and definitely someone who works for you for something that is literally only your fault is diabolical. That said, I do enjoy the overall storyline of Michael leaving DM and starting his own company.

Okay i gotta say the office doesn't suck when Michel leaves. It's just not as cringy. I personally love those seasons.

I'm not a fantastic soccer (football) player but I have played and I've always been a fan and the scene when they play is cringey. I don't care what player it is, if a teammate bombs the ball at your head from 5 feet away you duck; technically, Jim chose well when choosing to play as a striker for they don't see enough of the ball. At least in traditional play, lately the striker has been asked to do a lot more. Oh and I don't agree that the show ever gets bad. I actually might like those seasons more but because I became more attached to the characters as the show proceeded.
