I love this episode too. Rob Riggle does an amazing job as Agent Rye, and the death scene really is amazing. I really like the fact that they didn't save Chuck in this episode, and i'm thoroughly looking forward to the next episode.

Love that you loved the episode, however i believe we understood something a bit differently. The whole Rigle death scene was indeed amazing, but the scene mostly showed that he got himself killed. He kept insisting on a course of action that he thought was the correct one for Chuck, but after seeing time and time again that it was not the case, he insisted all the way to his death, on something that proved just plain wrong. And no, i don't believe that Sarah is what's stopping him from being a spy or using the intersect. Anyway... looking forward to your reaction to the next episode, which happens to be one of top 3 episodes of Chuck if not the best..
