For me it's a 9. Love the twists so much. The mom is good, then bad, then good again, then bad again, we just don't know. It's like she said herself, it's much more complicated than that.

I love this episode, and i'm glad you enjoyed it. See, this is the kind of episode where the bad guy "Robert Englund", is more for comedy and filling the halloween quota of the episode. This is the minor part of the episode. The major part of the episode and the focus is on the story regarding the mother and Chuck/Sarah dealing with it. I think this episode is fantastic and I love the soundtrack.
