I feel like someone is trolling votes by putting this as skippable. Sitting there at their phone/laptop/tablet going "mua ha ha" twisting their fake moustache. The Fitz/Ward scene is one of the best things I've ever seen on TV. The acting from both of them is great.

But anyway besides the above, I remember the promo before this episode was aired was basically the whole first scene with Simmons with the reveal of the Hydra badge, then it cut to the part with Coulson saying "Did you think I wouldn't find out?" to make us all think that Simmons was Hydra. They did put little bits out there in season 1 to make us think she might be. There was the whole "But I'm getting better" when it comes to her ability to lie, and then Fitz literally asking her if she was Hydra. I think they did that to make us think she might be so when this one came up we'd think she might be, but I doubt many if any thought she would be. I didn't buy it for a second.

I love the Daredevil Netflix gave us, I thought The Punisher was near perfect. Arrow was the first new breed superhero show I watched and the Flash was my childhood favourite superhero. I would sacrifice all of those shows on the altar of AOS, that’s how much more I have enjoyed it, the consistent quality of the writing the actual real character growth and the quality of the actors involved just combine to make it the best Comic Book TV show. And it’s in my top 5 of all time TV shows.

Fitz didn't know Ward was down there. He went to find out who Skye's asset was because he was tired of people keeping things from him. When he was that it was Ward, everything that happened after was just his knee jerk reaction, but he ultimately didn't kill Ward because as he said, he's not a killer. AoS is the best superhero/comic book show ever. Yeah I'm going to go with ever.
