I don't think that all of them are neccessarily opposed to killing Rumple, it's just that the only way to kill the dark one is to put the dagger through his heart and whoever does it (as Killian explained) becomes the new dark one. We know this from the episode where Rumple became the dark one. That's why as of now it's not even an option, bc nobody wants to be the new dark one obviously.

I easily give this episode a 10! It’s one of my favorite episodes within this season, as well as throughout the entire show! I'm so glad you like Killian and recognize what a complex character he is. I think what you have to remember when you watch his interactions in the past is that he's impulsive. He has a temper. He took Ursula's voice because in the moment, he was so filled with rage at her father.
