You were talking a couple of episodes ago and missed the whole Stiles, Derek, and Danny interaction where Stiles uses Derek to get Danny to hack to find out where the email came from. The ScottAlison thing is so annoying to me. Scott knows the family is a bunch of hunters yet he feels he needs to protect her? They killed Peter's family and was killing everyone involved so if he could kill any of them he would have done it already. It was Kate but he probably looks at the whole family as the enemy. I was also angry that they thought going to a dance was cool when Derek is being tortured since he sacrificed himself for Scott. Good reaction thanks.

Kate really threw Alyson though a loop. She had a mini break down, giving Alyson a little of an identity crisis by feeding on Alyson wanting to be "strong". Alyson hasn't been able to have herself feel grounded. Constantly moving from school to school, on top of that being one year older in her grade, that would make anyone feel out of place and out of their depth. Feeling helpless because you didn't know who or why you were being attacked and hunted in an empty school building is a normal feeling. I think she is mislabeling being strong with a sense of belonging, or at least a support system. Kate is grooming her with the word strong ( remember Kate grazing her finger on Alyson from shoulder to shoulder). Also she pounded on the wedge that's between Alyson and her parents: " They didn't think you're ready". She a teenager who went from archery to poetry to photography. That's a topic of parent's view on innocence. You can relate that to which movies are appropriate for what age. That line is different for everybody.

Poor Derek! The way that he reacted to Scott and Alison's relationship made perfect sense. He did not trust it because of what happened between him and Kate. Derek was young back then though and their families were allies, so there was no reason why he should not have trusted her. She took full advantage of that which is awful! It also explains why Derek is so closed off. He does not trust relationships. The dance scene was okay. The scene wit the coach was hysterical. I love the coach so much!

I love that you say "it's Peter" every time he comes on, I love him (and the actor). I also like that you seem like a generally positive person and try to turn negatives (the music) and just roll with it. Oh and Deacon is my fav, so mysterious and strong and smart.

They (Derek and Kate) didn't have a relationship so much as she preyed on him. Remember the scene with Harris, Laura was looking for a substitute teacher that flirted with him at a bar. Derek was like 15/16 when his family died and Kate was 21-22 so yeah, she took advantage of him in multiple ways. Derek was holding on to so much guilt for many reasons. I love Peter and Deaton (when he's not being frustratingly vague lol) Also, Allison didn't know that her dad and his men were going to trap him. Remember, he doesn't want this life for Allison but Kate does. He didn't know Kate showed Allison everything or that she was even in the bus. And yes, Scott has a one-track mind when it comes to love

This is where clearly they don't like timelines, in the pilot when they first met Derek, Stiles said he was a few years older, if you really push it you can put Derek at 23 ish. He also said the fire happened around 10 years ago, which would have Derek 13 or 14. So in that theory Kate would have seduced him at that age. I mean using a 15/16 is bad enough.
