just finished watching; yeah I LOVE how this show develops. It's only 4 seasons and the final season is super short but it's high-action. The show doesn't disappoint, but I do think Season 2 is considered the best but that doesn't take away from the future cuz it keeps building.

This season just doesn't let up. I'm surprised/disappointed that the showrunner Craig Silverstein hasn't done more stuff. He did that AMC show "Turn" after this, and then nothing. I feel like if this weren't such a little-seen show on a small network, he'd be one of the more in-demand showrunners in the business by now.

Are you suggesting industry experts don't know Silverstein because Nikita isn't the most reknown series ever? Those people you're talking about - in hiring places - know people you've never even heard of. They know people who are yet to get their first ever opportunity. Of course they know Silverstein to some capacity. Maybe he doesn't have any other projects for personal reasons or is doing other stuff etc. If he actually hasn't been given the opportunity - then it's certainly not because "no one knows him". That's incredibly naive to think.
