OK, I have an honest question (and don't mean this in any way offensive) about Meghan Markle: is it just the lighting of the show or is it me? I am a European with a predominantly white population. That being said, was I supposed to see / recognize, dass Markle is a PoC? In a later episode we'll meet her father who's going to be played by Wendell Pierce and my first reaction to this was "Is she adopted?". To me she looks like a regular white person or maybe with a tinge of the mediterranean / hispanic tone. But black? For example, when Mike and Rachel walk side by side at 9:50 I see only a minimal difference in their skin tone. I don't ask this to be offensive or anything, just pure curiosity and in the end it makes no difference I just want to know if something like this is more obvious to other people than it is to me.

When this show aired, I read an article that was saying A LOT of people didnt know she was biracial either until her father was revealed in the show.

Louis is one of those characters designed to be hated at first, as the show needed a regular antagonist around the office for Mike. I suspect he'll probably grow on you as the show goes on, but we'll just have to see!
