About the "I don't believe in violence" part. You have to remember that he was talking to Jeff and Lester. They're civilians, so of course he's not going to go in there with weapons they gave him. Or tell them that he is going to hurt Shaw.

Honestly, though. The way big "reveals" are happening in this show is just awesome. Even if you predict how it's going to go down and even if you guess what's going to happen, the payoff from the way the reveals happen are great. At least to me. I think this episode is great, but furthermore because it sets up the next episode really well. I look forward to that reaction video very much! =)
