Lipton was discharged as an NCO, because he was promoted to Lieutenant, he ain't gone.

this next episode is a biggie. . . for everyone watching the show when it came out we all knew this episode<9> was gunna hafta happen eventually . . didnt help blunt the blow though. . still doesnt

Yeah the calm before the storm. Episode 6 and 7 are two the most visceral episodes to f tv ever made, episode 9 is in many ways more emotional. So we really needed this episode.

Just a couple things: Webster was shot in the leg during the Crossroads episode. Right before they head off to Bastogne. He was the one who was like "They got me!"... "Can you believe that? Can you believe I said that?" The thing with him and Martin was that Martin noticed Webster and Jones (Colin Hanks) give each other nods... so Martin figured out that it was their fault that he got chosen to lead the patrol. So he's obviously pissed. So with Lipton... he got promoted from being an non-commissioned officer as an enlisted man. So he had to be discharged and then they gave him a Battlefield Commission as Lieutenant, the first Officer rank. He he's not out of the show.

Can you react to the dogfights history channel or battle 360 if you do battle 360 you kinda have to watch all the episodes but with dogfights you can just pick an episode and watch

The next episode may be the best, but it's also the most heart wrenching. It's almost a masterpiece onto itself.

YAY!! I'm so happy you decided to react to the pacific! I enjoy the fact that you reacted to a historical show. There are a ton of them out there that do not get the reactions that they deserve.
