I give it a 9 only because it's hard to top Michael kissing Oscar and the look on Pam and Ryan's face when he was trying. That was freakin priceless! There is so really great cringe in this one. And after this episode now my family says "Ain't no party like a Scranton party, cause a Scranton do stop"
