I liked this episode. The approach and mystery behind it was very interesting. It was well done, and Sam's and Dean's acting was really good while they kept the secret about Molly being dead from her. I also once again loved the conversation between Sam and Dean about their belief in what might happen to all ghosts and everything they hunt to kill after they are laid to rest. As far as Sam's feelings towards how they go about hunting the supernatural and the toll its all taken upon him... you're absolutely right that it has all taken a heavy toll on him and it's all hit him very hard. Especially because of his so called destiny that Yellow Eyes has in store for him looming of his head. Sam is afraid of the future and what's to come for him and Dean too. And a number times Dean does tend to roll it off of his shoulders in order to avoid the awkward talks, unless he understands that Sam really has to talk with him. And he knows when that is. Thank you for another reaction for Supernatural! I can't wait for more Once Upon a Time, Person of Interest, and Pushing Daisies!!!

I really enjoyed this episode. For most of it I felt it was your standard monster of the week episode but the twist at the end, I have to admit I didn't see it coming and looking back through all the subtle things that happened, it made sense to me. Sam and Dean had to lie to her because she wasn't ready for the truth. The only way for her to accept it was to see her husband and I think they did try to get her out of there (not to go to the cops but just so she'd go with them) but the other ghost wouldn't let her leave so they decided to use her as bait. I loved the emotional element of it. It had a very "Sixth sense" feel to it. I would give this one 8/10. I think the second half of this season has been really solid

The shows I like that are similar to supernatural are(Lost Girl, Eureka,Midnight Tx., Wynonna Earp, Preacher, The Magicians now those should keep you busy if you choose to watch any of them)Molly was also a spirit with unfinished business just like Greely bc of her wanting to find her husband and I don't know why the dude was in the middle of road either it has bugged for years and I came up with a reason he was just drunk & didn't know what the the hell he was doing but as far as why he was punishing Molly it's only bc vengeful spirits just have one speed its attacking whoever they think is responsible for whatever and if Sam and Dean had helped Molly without putting Greely to rest he just would've picked others out on that road to torture!

I always assumed he was on the side of the road because he was walking home from the hunting cabin since his house and the cabin were on the same highway.

Extending slightly past Eureka... Stargate SG-1 as well. Both are more science-y than supernatural, but similar structures, etc.

This episode aired when I was pretty young and the twist at the end with Molly being a ghost was one of the first plot twists I've ever experienced. It blew my young brain a little, NGL.
