My thoughts are... if Raphtalia wants the symbol she can have it. I don’t think the curse was activated, but it wasn’t like he used it against her anyway.

I think it is active. I think we are going to get a moment where he forces her to do something she does not want to do and it will really test the relationship. I get that she wants it out of loyalty but maybe just a Tattoo next time lol

I was honestly starting not to like this show for the way everybody was just giving this dude shit for no reason, if the other 2 heros didnt step in for him i woulda dropped this show. That Myne chick, the spear hero, and all those sheep idiots in the kingdom piss me off.

The slave trader said that depending on how you treat "Filo" is how well it will level up...same with Raphtalia. ...I think she got the symbol because she knows how much he has been betrayed and she wants him to know for sure that she will never betray him...not the way I would have gone about it but I get her
