I really don’t think the Jude being silent storyline was done poorly but maybe that’s just me. All these things were going wrong in his life and he felt like he couldn’t express any kind of frustration without being seen as ungrateful or something so he kept quiet instead of voicing what was actually bothering him. Idk maybe it’s just me.
