This movie is based on an 80s show of the same name starring "The Six Million Dollar Man" Lee Majors. He drove that truck that was the product placement and also sang the theme music of the show. The song featured at the end of the movie with slightly different lyrics. In the show, Colt was a stuntman and bounty hunter, Jodie was his co-worker but they rather had a teacher-apprentice relationship.
