Also, yeah. The Begins episodes are GREAT! I love them! I love getting that insight into each character and their past. And I feel like all of them are in the perfect place narratively. Except Hen's, but I feel like that's got more to do with it being the first so it was unexpected. Like, with both Chimney's and Bobby's, we left off the episode before with some cliff-hanger about them, Chim's life in danger after being stabbed, Bobby finding out he was suspended and there was gonna be an investigation into him. And this is NOTHING against the episode Hen Begins, it was a great episode and in a way it was in a good place. I just like the kinda lead in we got with Chim and Bobby's, and wish they could've found a way to do that for Hen's too...

I actually got obsessed with this show thanks to your reactions LOL. I'm a binger so I went ahead and continued on my own after your previous reaction. Love this show a lot and definitely love the family dynamics in the team. Bobby cooking for them is one of my fav things. The "Begins" episodes are so cool. It's so heartbreaking seeing Bobby losing his family like that. I'm glad that while he never lets himself forget, he was able to rebuild his life with a new family at the 118.
