Wow, I really love this episode. It was badass seeing Hen's beginning. I always thought she worked towards being a first responder since school after getting shot at 16 but I get it. Life gets in the way sometimes. Not a fan of seeing that blonde ex of hers again but I get it too. That's where she was at in life at that point. I don't know how Hen didn't cry getting so much hate from her old captain like that but it was cool seeing her so tough. That speech was powerful. I'm glad her coworkers stood up for her, even though I wished they hadn't just done that behind closed doors. It would have made her feel better to know they had her back sooner. I guess they didn't want to risk the captain hating on them too.
