If you haven't actually read Signora's backstory, you really should. It upsets me so much to see people say things like "scaramouch and childe are charismatic and evil but Signora is just evil"

"She was then recruited into the Fatui by Pierro. She was given a Cryo delusion to suppress her flames, and became known as La Signora, the Eighth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers."

She spent 500 years keeping Mondstat safe from monsters with her flames as revenge against the monsters that killed her lover and destroyed her town but for centuries people scorned her and told false rumors of her wickedness. There's no human blood on her hands. Yeah, she kicked Venti but that's pretty fair considering she blames him for all the destruction that fell upon Mondstadt while he slept. My point is, her most evil act is being a Harbringer. The Fatui want to end the rein of the gods and give people power over their land instead which MAKES SENSE considering her relationship with Mondstat's archon. I'm sure she saw her actions as for the better of her people.

Sorry for the rant 💀 I just find her such a tragic and interesting character. Most of the Fandom doesn't even bother learning about her before deciding she is less interesting interesting child or Scaramouch.
