Fishing wire hem (Patreon)

This is gonna be my first attempt at one! Im keeping the loops of the wire wide because i only want the sheer overlap to be pushed out a tiny bit into a sweet shape instead of hanging flat over the edge of the skirt. Starting by pressing the hem so itll be easier to sew and keep the wire in place.
