Misc Kaleidoscope Assets (Patreon)

I realized I never shared these sooner--Here are a few assets I made for the Hallucinating meme's kaleidoscope segment. They were initially black and transparent so I could overlay whatever color I needed, though I don't remember if I ended up using all 3. 

The primary asset used for that segment was a free to use stock image, so I won't be sharing that, but I ended up making these to go along with it to hopefully distort the animation so it still looks hand drawn, but more visually diverse. In other shots I did this by recycling assets like the mushrooms and wheel, and I initially considered making a fluid transformation between the mushroom wheel and pendent for this segment. I ended up scrapping that idea though because I felt it would be too visually busy when added on top of the preexisting effect, and it would definitely be too much work for a trial and error.

But! I still wanted to do some sort of fluid animation, so I ended up with this. I'm bad with time, but I think each took maybe 30 minutes tops.

As for Iroh, I've been having a lot of fun setting up and editing one of the shots. Hopefully I'll have something to share tomorrow! 👀
