I was tempted to blank out my face as well for the thumbnail 😅

I enjoyed this episode! I found the use of the angular shots to be very intriguing, and it makes me think why did they choose that for the style of this one? I haven't noticed it being used before, and I wonder if they will do it again. Definitely eye catching!

I adore the little scooter... They both looked AMAZING 🥰

I hope you have all had a lovely week so far! Tomorrow I'm VERY excited as I'll be recording Spider-Man 2! I will try and get 2 or 3 episodes recorded so I'm all set for the weekend to do the inevitable side stuff that will pop up before I have to record again 😸 I wanna upgrade my suits! I hope we get a kitty cat suit again!!

The part where the Doctor sees Rose after she had been Wired was apparently difficult to film. Largely because Roses's blank face was CGI'd in, so she had to stand perfectly still with black dots all over her face. David Tennant could barely look at her without cracking up.

As a little girl, my mum watched the Queen's Coronation live. She wondered why the Queen was so small.

The Rising Ape

This was a very interesting episode, if not one of my favourites. The camera work in this episode is called The Dutch Angle and involves setting the camera at an angle so that the shot is composed with vertical lines at an angle to the side of the frame, or so that the horizon line of the shot is not parallel with the bottom of the frame an it is often used to portray psychological uneasiness or tension in the subject being filmed. Edit: We had a street party pretty much identical to the one at the end for Charles & Diana's wedding... there's even a pic somewhere of my best friend (at the time) Helen and I, her in a wedding dress and me in my father's naval uniform, we were very young and I don't remember much other than the tables in the street, the flags and having a great time.

I'm so hyped for Spider-man 2! And I'm very much looking forward to watching your let's play as well! I know recording a new AAA game isn't something you usually do so I really hope it does well for you.

I'm really not sure... it could be a cache or internet issue! If it doesn't usually happen, then it might not happen again 😊

Neil, I'm scared and nervous but also excited haha I'm probably not going to post the first episode until Monday my time, to give people some time to play it themselves for a bit first. I hope that's a good idea... I don't know why I worry so much about these things 😅

Great Reaction! I love this episode and is actually one of my favourites even though it gets a lot of hate 😆 Can't wait for the next episode. 🔥

Perspective: everyone in London was watching the coronation of a werewolf.

What is your cat's name again? I want to send her fan mail.

So, wait, you mentioned you _enjoy_ when terrible things happen to The Doctor and his companions, have I heard that right? I'm not sure, but this might have been a step too far. :P

Nawww his name is Coco and he's ALWAYS in the way 🤣 Include cat biscuits and he'll be your best friend!

@CDM You know there’s a very sophisticated technical term for when something like this happens. I can’t mention the term here since we don’t learn it until I think sometime next season, but it becomes pretty famous from then on. (Hint: 4 word phrase, staring with “w”).

Daryl

Oh, enjoying terrible things happening to the Doc and their companions. Owe, one might want to be careful with such statements. 😜
