I had the distinct honor of playing Hercules Poirot in our local production of MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS. That is definitely my favorite Agatha Christie novel, because of its powerful and surprisingly complex ending. As an aside... French accents are really, REALLY tough to get right. I kept turning into a German.

Cluedo was infact inspired by the works of Agatha Christie. Fun fact, the car chase scene was using real vintage cars that couldn't go any faster than about 15/20 mph, so the car chase was so slow that they had to get creative with camera angles to make it look more intense haha. Also, David Tenants father makes a small cameo as a footman near the beginning of this episode. He joined David on set, so they offered to let him appear on camera.
