December Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

The cold season's got me good - after I found some recovery from the initial stress last month, I unfortunately caught a cold and am currently bed-ridden. It's not too bad though, the sore throat is already disappearing and I'm mainly coughing now and feeling dizzy

I was actually looking forward to a fun, quiet month, but unfortunately I lost a promising client at the beginning of this month - After, what I perceived to be a very fruitful conversation and an eager and excited client, I was unexpectedly ghosted and thus suddenly 250€ short on money I thought I'd have for the holiday season.

So now I had to open Emergency Commissions, which fortunately a lot of you INSTANTLY came to my aid and I'm very grateful for your help!!! <33 I REALLY was hoping that I wouldn't have to work during the holidays, but I know you guys will be patient with me and I really appreciate that as well <3

Given the change in schedule with Commissions and my current sickness, I'm afraid I won't be able to prepare anything special for the upcoming El's Alolan Adventures Anniversary. The Webcomic will turn 7 years old next week on the 13th of December! I was thinking if I could at least plan a Livestream for the evening, for now I'll have to wait and see if I'll be fit enough to do it when the time has come. At least I'll have that little video of Leafeon and Swanna to upload, something short but sweet!

Honestly, there are A LOT of things I want to change in my life right now, both for my mental and physical health and in terms of my career. I'll be sending out new E-mails to Agencies and do phone calls when I'm fit enough again. I'm TIRED of waiting. I'm ready for BIG CHANGES and I want to have a clear goal again that I can look forward to. I spent enough time waiting in LIMBO while working on private projects and Commissions. I want to publish my books and feel like its WORTH continuing to write new ones and make new art for it too. You'd see A LOT more dragon memes and videos from me once I have an agent and a publisher, TRUST ME.

OH and yes, of course, the Gladion Arc will be completed soon, I've been sketching on it recently again. I'm sure I'll still be doing Pokemon comics and art even when I'm a published Author, but I think you all understand why it's just not...an actual fulfilling fulltime job. I LOVE the comics, but they were always one of many projects and my Dragons are my actual ORIGINAL Baby I want to see grow and flourish ;w;

I will tell you guys A LOT more about the dragons in the future once I get the ball rolling, I think you'll like them a lot! I'm looking forward to sharing that world with all of you!
