Background progress! (Patreon)

With a little GIF included! I'm VERY happy with how this background is turning out so far! I'm keeping the original textures of the 3D Models for tables, umbrellas and chairs, as it seems nonsensical to paint over them with the same colors... But everything gets a pencil lineart so it stays consistent with the art style!

The buildings in the background are based on real existing buildings in Hawaii by the way! I went on google street view to familiarize myself with the architecture and take some screenshots for reference to build myself a nice looking somewhat-authentic street next to the Malasada shop!

I think I might've even stumbled over some of the streets that originally inspired Hauoli City, as it is based on Honolulu, where I took the screenshots from
