Winds of Hoenn - Route 125 Progress Preview (Patreon)

Hey everyone! I'm still not allowed to share the full illustration (still a bit too early now that Pre-orders have just opened), so instead I'm showing roughly 1/3 / a little less than half of it!

I lost a couple of progress steps for this piece, so I added some smooth transitions inbetween to even the sudden jumps out. The Wingulls in the background took the LONGEST time to add, especially since I had to redraw and replace them up to three times until everyone was happy (including myself) :')
I never thought Wingulls could cause me so much PAIN

I'm VERY happy with how May came out but tbh my personal highlight was adding in the tiny Latias in the sky and playing with layer effects to make her appear slightly invisible using her light-reflecting ability 😊
