Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know how I've been managing.
I have to be honest, this week has been one of the toughest and most challenging weeks of my life (MAJOR Anxiety attacks) and I am so grateful that I am doing better today and still had a nice weekend with my family for Easter.
Thank you all for continuing to support me as things are still wobbly and WEIRD in my life and I'm doing my best to handle both my mental and physical health free of pressure, be as gentle and patient with myself as I can.
Good thing is I know what's going on with me and why, but that stuff is all very spiritual so I'll spare you the confusing details :'D Just being in the knowing about the reasons behind my feelings is reassuring/comforting and makes me able to handle things better now.
I can't say for certain what the future holds for me but I know that the way I'm feeling now won't last forever, it WILL get better again.

The fact that you guys are all still here despite things having been so difficult this month really means the world to me. Thank you so much.
