Rough Concept - May-Beetle Fakemon (Patreon)

Hey everybody! After watching a "Redesigning Pokemon"-video on youtube, I got hit with inspiration to draw a new fakemon based off my favorite beetle!
I have a really really really weak spot for May beetles. Apparently they're called Cockchafers  in Britain?? We just call them Maikäfer (May beetles) in Germany since they emerge in May.

 Might clean up this fella over the next days, cleaning up lineart is always sUPER boring but I like this big fella, he deserves a bit of polish.
