Maybug Sketchpage and horse concepts (Patreon)

A collection of sketches I recently worked on!
Maybug sketchpage was from last Friday, when I went to an artist-get-together in the city. I had NO IDEA they were meeting up each Friday, thank god my friend Jenni mentioned it and took me with her to the drawing session! Here you can see my 3 attempts of Chibi-fying a May beetle. Took me quite some time, I just always tend to draw animals realistic first :'D I might overwork the final attempts and turn them into stickers or something, I want some MAYBUG MERCH

The horses sketches are some really rough concepts of a Pink Stallion (except for the last one). There's this song called "Pink Stallion" by Mother Falcon that always makes me think "Could a pink horse look COOL?" So I finally took the time to just try my hands on some color schemes that make a pink horse not look ridiculous - I really want to draw him in full action one day, properly drawn out :D

Otherwise I am
exhausted
I've left the house so many times in just 9 days (one third meeting friends, one having to do chores, last third going outside because you feel bad for being at home when the weather is excellent) that I now remember again why I prefer to BE AT HOME... I was so drained that I took the day completely off and just. Laid in bed sorting Bella Sara cards and then I stILL had to leave the house to get an important form delivered. And tomorrow I'll be at a party that I WANTED to go to but oh my god. I don't know how I could forget that I have a limited social-and-activity-battery. I hope I won't have to spend the rest of the weekend in bed being completely drained out. BUT I CAN'T CANCEL TOMORROW and I don't want to miss out on the event, there's so rarely a party happening in my circles 😭
