Since Koa consistently screws up all her assignments with Maxgrowth Investigations, Bernie, the intrepid leader of Maxgrowth, has assigned her to the Property Management division of Maxgrowth Industries, LLC. 

As usual, Koa immerses herself in the project and lets all the power go to her head. She is now ready to evict a lease holder, whom she refers to as "her" tenant.
