WIP: PrefPlus with Wants (Patreon)

Now incorporates (but doesn't require) MissyHissy's Custom Wants Mod: https://modthesims.info/d/659658/the-custom-whims-mod.html

Added EA Wants to applicable preference traits. Applicable Wants should appear for many preference traits now, but they don't yet have text to say they're coming from the preference trait when they appear... for example, your Sim who likes Space may get a Want to buy a telescope, but it won't say (From Interest in Space).

Installation Instructions: 

• Delete old Traits .package file
• Add this one instead 
• Other existing files should stay for now
