I still doubt about her hairstyle, most likely I will make her a chitin plate in the center of her head, and I will make a ponytail out of her chitin plate, it will look better than braids anyway.

The braids are cool, but maybe you just need to rethink how they attach to the head, especially with that nontraditional horn style. I don't think 4 cornrows at the top cut it. At the least I think you should do more and have them feed into the 4 braids at the back, or just do more braids overall. She's gorgeous, but the hair is still not there yet. I'd keep experimenting with the top of her head.

I think about it, but even this 4 is too much for animating) For now one of braids has 23 bones, every 4 of them need to animate by hands. I just wasted 50% of time when creating pose on this 4 braids, so i need to optimize hair, because every time i think about create something with Selene, every time i think about: fuck no...not again... Therefore, I decided to make a chitinous plate on her head, and make a ponytail at the back, so as not to do her without hair at all)
