Forgot to note yesterday that the tiebreaker went to Stuck on You, though underdog Center Stage (the 1991 Stanley Kwan biopic starring Maggie Cheung, not the 2000 ballet melodrama starring Amanda Schull) held its own with 46% of the vote. As previously noted (in a post that many of you couldn't read), I kinda engineered this particular request, suggesting it as an alternative to Kingpin (which I don't much like); haven't seen the film since it opened, and am curious to see whether I still find it improbably affecting. It's streaming on HBO Max at present.
