Hopefully that headline will work. Regardless, The Deer Hunter prevailed in this week's rifle-themed matchup, getting 53% of the vote vs. They Shoot Horses, Don't They? I haven't seen it in over 30 years and honestly have no idea what I'll think of it now, though it definitely wasn't a favorite when I was 19 or whatever. (Weird to think that it was only as old then as The Artist is now; I guess if you're currently 19, The Artist seems ancient.) It's streaming on Peacock, albeit interrupted by a zillion commercials; I will likely find another means, myself.
