This week's delightful (and fortuitous? I'm still not sure) diablomatch resulted in a surprisingly (to me, at least) decisive victory for The Devil, Probably, which received 62% of the vote opposite Sátántangó. Looking forward to revisiting the Tarr at some point—it's been 25 years—but Probably is definitely among the most embarrassing holes in my knowledge of the canon (alongside Lancelot of the Lake), and I'm happy for the prod. It's not currently streaming legally anywhere, but can be watched (with English subs) here. (I've found ok.ru/video to be a good source in general for hard-to-find international art movies.)
