I get a little punchy with some of these headlines. Anyway, this week's vote actually required a second tiebreaker vote between The Elephant Man and Tenebre, with the former winning decisively (60%) once the choices were reduced from 20 to two. As noted in the instructions for that poll, I've "technically" never seen it, because I don't count movies that I've only watched on network TV, edited for content and interrupted by commercials. And even if you do want to count that viewing, I'd estimate it was in...1983, maybe? It's been a while. This is the third David Lynch film to win in the weekly poll's short history; only Dune, Wild at Heart (which I rewatched in 2010, but didn't write up; I'm not a fan), and I guess that Duran Duran concert film remain. 

(Again, it's pretty likely that I'll end up watching and reviewing this before I'm able to carve out time for 13 hours of Out 1. But I hope to tackle that by mid-month.)
