A few hours late, but the Patreon video is here! Recaps of Christmas, New Years, and our NYC trip, with a first look at some of the stuff we shot! We'll also discuss some of the LP plans, and show some footage of the GTA Online snow episode coming later in the month. It was an awesome 2017, now it's time to make it an awesome 2018! :D

Happy New Year Stephen and Mal! I am so glad to be supporting you guys through patreon and youtube red after all of these iterations of Youtube making dumb decisions™. First I want to say that I was really happy to see you releasing batches of vlogs so finally while relaxing over christmas break I caught up myself and watched all the summer trips and cheffcon that I hadn't gotten around to watching. It also snowed up in the Pacific Northwest for a few days but I also just stayed inside :) Next, congrats Mal on 2 years of MalMakes! I participated in an online gift exchange and ended up giving my person 2 acrylic blocks from redbubble, one of the megaman painting and another of the lost woods and he loved it! In my new room set up I have my fire peach painting hanging right above my desk and I am so thankful still for making the impulse decision of bidding for it on eBay. Your art is so lively and I love showing it to people! Lastly, in regard to the top ten video, oh man it was so good Stephen! I could tell you put a lot of work into it and I thought it was funny and really well done. In fact, it reminded me that I had missed a few first 20 videos in particular The Long Dark and What Remains of Edith Finch. Right after the top ten I went and watched those first 20s (yes I watched the hour long survival mode of The Long Dark) and was so into both games I bought them both during the steam sale. I already finished Edith Finch and I am excited to see you play it soon! Anyway I thought the top ten was great timing because it would be a good reminder for people like me who have a never ending list of games they want to play and can get them while they are on sale! Sorry this is such a long comment but I am just so excited to see what you guys do in the new year and I'm already enjoying Super Mario 64! OH! I almost forgot, when you visit Emile and Masae may I recommend you play fortune street? Emile is like the expert on it and I recently introduced my friends to it on New Years Eve and it was a blast. Anyway, have a great January!

Happy New Year, Mary Kate! Sorry for the late response, things got Crazy-Go-Nuts but we're better now! We appreciate what is honestly dual-support, especially in light of YouTube's continued Dumb Decisions™. Oh man, that online gift exchange sounds like a great idea! I'm super thrilled to find out they enjoyed them. It's also cool that you have the Fire Peach painting! It has an air of mystery to it, in my opinion, because it's her only painting she's sold that didn't have a MalMakes video to accompany it. I'm pumped to hear you not only enjoyed the Top 10, but it spurred you to watch the First20s (and even purchase the games)! Both of those are terrific games, and I hope to experience Edith Finch in full soon. If you already knew, then forgive me, but did you know I actually did a map of Fortune Street with Emile, Tim, and Jon? It's Peach's Castle, and you can probably find it by Googling "Fortune Street StephenPlays". If you haven't seen it, then I'm sure you'd enjoy it! :D Thanks again, and I hope you've been having a great 2018 so far!
