Creating an apartment WIP (Patreon)

Just sharing my process with my patrons.

Most of houses and apartment you see in adult games, including CwG, are houses you can find on the internet. I don't blame anyone, I did it as well, it's the best decision when starting.

However, for DH, I wanted to create my own. I think it won't be a BANGER, I will not try to make something super complicated as I'm not experienced.

So, when starting, here is my intentions about creating it:

- Create All the walls and floor by hand, to get the structure.

- Fill the rooms with premade furniture and sometime things I create myself, for fun or if it's unique.

First, I made a sketch, to place everything I need, bathroom, bedrooms, etc... and I draw it over a screenshot of the top of the building to keep the scaling. I also added a screenshot of a character so I can scale it on a normal body size.

I place the sketch on the building. I don't have to do that as when you're inside, none will ever notice the inside doesn't fit the outside, but I feel like I need to do it XD I want it to be realistic, L also added the same windows to that floor.

I add the wall over the sketch, and I associate face with surfaces so I could give walls different textures. I then add the doors (that I created myself) on the wall, and then don't forget the door's holes, so I can open them. Doors can rotate to be opened of course, very easy to do.

I import that in Daz 3D, so I can give textures, and I could start placing props & furniture. It will not be perfect at first, while adding props I will probably find modifications to make the the basic walls. I already know I will have to work on it again because there are stairs to add.

Yeah, there are stairs next to the elevator but also stairs to access an other floor, so I have to make the same work again! It will be for the rooftop, so it should be easier.

So this is a test render of the entrance. Rosa is responsible for the Design! She wanted to feel like entering paradise when getting back home!

She's made the paradise panel by herself!

No all walls are like these, I wanted to try a set of color that copy the beach, white yellowish roof for the sun, blue walls for sky and sea, and these floor for the sand. There are no windows in that hallway :(

I made the plants pots myself! I added the Hera sign haha!

At that point no other room is stuffed. I will now add props & furnitures to the rest of the apartment, and then add the Extra rooftop floor (and make the linking stairs between them.)

There is also the building stairs to add, and an elevator.
