3 weeks after the 0.1.2.1, here is the next adventures in the best house ever!

Change log:

- Sarena content! Just follow the indication in the girl's tab in game ^^

- inventory and shop system

- +$5 patrons now have a "cheat" version, when you load your old save or when you start a new game you earn 1000$ (Don't bother save/load many time it won't work XD).
I'm adding a new extra each month that would add to you game.

Personal notes:

- Not 100% satisfied of the semence drawing, I hope I'll get better ^^

- Some images are very "cartoon", that's normal, I'm trying to optimise my drawing time ^^ 

- At the end of these new scenes, Sarena's daily life changes a bit. Sentences are different, and will evolve like this every new step of relationship.

- New visuals of daily life are at the morning and in the bathroom. (After you finish her current content)

- I'll add more daily life modifications for the 0.1.3.1 release in a week: New action at the backyard, new evolution at her party path (new animation), and also maybe more at the west balcony.

- The game will need a bit of adaptation concerning the  desires and player skills that are for now not used.
