It's July. What??? (Patreon)

The great thing about being an artist is that I can work from home and I never have to interact with the outside world. This also means that I never have any clue what day of the week it is. Such mortal notions hold no sway over me anymore. Which also means that when I do notice the passage of time, it always surprises me just how friggin fast it's going, what do you mean it's already July, BG3 only came out a few months ago right?!

But alas, time does move forward. So it's time for a lil art summary and update on the state of things. Just as a treat.

I STILL LOVE BALDUR'S GATE 3

and I won't stop making art of it any time soon. I had the privilege of experiencing the Baldur's Gate 3 Symphony of the Realms in London in May, and it was a magical experience. There's something about experiencing it in a concert hall by talented musicians that makes it feel like it's coming from inside you. And the encore with Andrew Wincott himself singing Rahael's Final Act? No words. I was buzzing for days.

Anyway. Since my last summary, I completed the four core boys; Halsin, Gale, Wyll and Astarion all have been painted for your viewing pleasure in various states of undress. And look, Dammon's here too. Who invited him? (oh yeah, t'was me). Painted a couple of scenes with Halsin and Shadowheart, and Astarion with Tav too. Seems I have a thing about painting sunlight? haha

Our BG3 roster is starting to look damn good. And I'm sure a certain cambion will sneak in there at some point too.

DEMOCRACY

I really loved reading your suggestions the other day, and I think I'm going to make it into a regular thing! As you requested, I'm currently working on another Halsin (no hardship for me), and I'm planning on painting the 2nd most voted suggestion as well, but after that I'm toying with the idea of having a suggestion/poll after each painting and let you guys decide who's next.

At least for the times when I'm not utterly hyperfixated on a single guy.

SECRET PROJECT(S)?

I always have a trick up my sleeve. A cat in the bag.  Stuff under wraps. The majority of my time is dedicated to Patreon, but every now and then I get bit by the project bug. I'm sure a lot of you can relate. I won't reveal too much, but at the moment there are three; one to complete a trio, one I hope will help all other artists, and one that will take many years to complete.

So yeah, that's about it for me. How you guys doing?
