Hello everyone and welcome to April's Sketch of The Month! :D

This month's winner was Pantera, who asked for a picture of grown-up Mosi!

Look at our boy, braving the drought. He's a lot skinnier and likely weaker than your average leopard, but do not underestimate his sheer willpower!

I hope you like this pic!

Here you can see the original sketch: https://www.patreon.com/posts/march-23-80307654

And here you can find the .PSD file of this painting! (Patrons $10 and over!) https://www.patreon.com/posts/81308500

Thank you so much again for your support hhh!

I can't wait for May's Sketch of the Month!

I was thinking that "well I guess he's grown now and would be alone irl anyway..." but then googled and found out that leopard cubs stay with their mother until they're about two years old. And Mosi isn't even one year old is he? ;_; Hopefully they'll be able to reunite and enjoy the "rest" of his adolescent time with her before the "actual" time of separation comes around. Also, I have a prediction: since "defying nature" is a big theme of this comic, I was thinking that whenever it comes to the point that Mosi is two years old and he and Africa needs to separate "for real" (assuming they reunited before this), Africa won't be like her mother and angrily chase him away, she'll either be heartbroken to see him go or even tell him that he's free to stay with her. Whether Mosi'd agreed or not is up in the air but I could definitely see Africa not minding at all that Mosi would at least occasionally visit her.
