Chui dialed his radio collar in on the weather station one day like, "Oh boy its gonna be a rough one! I CAN USE THIS TO MY ADVANTAGE!" To be fair he has been right on the huge vacating flocks and bad dry season season, and more often than not terrible floods do come after really harsh dry seasons... So that's not a too far removed thought, though the culling... Yikes.
