Hmm, since CY is still clearly alive and (relatively) well, I have a feeling either Kuma, Ryu or Nijibi took the bullet for her. Kuma would be the most poetic, of course. And I have a feeling that golden light is Kuma's spirit coming to say goodbye. Ruy would also be pretty cool, but honestly I think he died a long time ago when Steele took him over. As for Nijibi, well, that would make the most sense, since the old man did say it was either CY OR Ajna, so...
