I had the chance to visit the typography as Africa Comic was being printed. What a huge privilege! The worker explained the various steps and functions of that huge machine you see in the video. Each of its four sections prints in a specific color, C, Y, M, and K.
Each resulting print is then combined on a sheet of 16 pages on each side. It's the worker's job to align each color perfectly so that there is no mismatch, and to compare the colors so that they match the original.
It's very interesting to learn all of this, and it makes you understand just how much work goes into printing.
