Well, I don't see this meeting going well. I really hope Africa asks her son why the frick he chose to stay away from her and try and live as though he were an adult when he absolutely didn't need to. I know concern over killing Mondo was one reason ( even though Mosi was way too young to have that instinct his mamma didn't exactly tell him when he could expect it to set in ), but I wouldn't be at all surprised if bitterness towards Mondo and guilt over Binti's death were big factors too. After all, Africa did tell him to protect his sister right before she left and he failed to.
