Those that work in a more independent nature, be it mercenary, bounty hunter, do-good vigilante or blade-for-hire, all come looking to the H.E.S.
It is one of the easiest places to find work; whether it's contracts posted on the outside wall, wanted posters, missing cats or handing over a few curious trinkets in exchange for information from the insightful halfling vendor.
