In the northern hemisphere of Heran, in between the city state of Duke and The Pack Hills, a large concentration of dolmens and obelisks litter the coastline.

Foots End Bay is one such site, however, the large indentation of a footprint makes this cold coastline stand out. 

During the winter solstice, a tribe of Mermen use this locale as a site of reverence to the motions of the heavens.
It is unwise to disturb them during such ceremonies, as they will take great offense and respond with javelin or trident in hand.
