Hey folks!

Here's some li'l peeks at a few of the steps we have recently made in reworking our prototype for Map 001! 

Since the last time you saw Map 001, the line rework has begun! This stage has been sort of an experimentation with what detail we could add to the perimeter of the map to give it a bit more character and flavour!

In the next stage we lost a bit of the wild vibe as the ideas have been more refined and polished to have a less 'rough' feel.

I think we managed to get the best of both worlds eventually! We kept the refined detail while bringing more of the wild/overgrown effect; we wanted our tree dungeon to scream more tree! The little chicken scratches you see in the corner are the epiphanies and scoldings Connor has with himself while working. He's really enjoying just working on and developing the line at the moment, also leaving a lot of the floor detail for when he gets to the flat colour phase. 

So, what do you guys think? Do you prefer any of the earlier stages? Or do you think we're headed in the right direction? Your input is always appreciated!
