Faris (Princess Sarisa) tickle tortured by Magissa, both from Final Fantasy V:  

"Magissa (a boss the heroes of Final Fantasy 5 fight and defeat) survived  her defeat the hands of Bartz and company and has kidnapped Faris  during the Tycoon Ball when Faris was dressed up as her real identity of  Princess Sarisa. Hellbent on revenge after the death of her husband,  Magissa soon realizes that she's acquired an even greater prize even  more beautiful than Princess Lenna of Tycoon. Magissa spirits Faris away  to the dungeon of a long forgotten ruined castle in the middle of  nowhere and plans on selling Faris to the highest bidder in a slave  auction...but not before Magissa gets the chance to get a little revenge  in!"
