Very poor writing, but didn't like RDM giving it a 7? Should it have been lower?

Ok just watched this episode on UK Netflix and as I watched the recap the scene when Tom and Harry have beers in the mess Hall is missing on Netflix! But it's on Paramount plus

OMG! RDM, you have explained looping about 100 times already! Jeeze louise now we have to hear it again. RMS heaps praise upon praise on the episode yet only gives it a 7 point something over the tired issue of not having every it one in all the time. Inconsistency, thy name is RDM. How many transwarp coils does each ship have? The voyager crew steals one from the sphere yet it is still able to go to transwarp. During the raid on the sphere, why do all the away team members need to be in the same place for transport back to Voyager? Once the charges placed by Tuvok and Kim take out the main shield generator, the transwarp coil and all away team members can be beamed out at the same time. Bunch of hogwash that they have to run around like Starfleet chickens with their heads cut off. When the Borg Queen says that leaving Seven with Voyager was the plan, she is full of crap. Notice how she turns away before saying it. Its the Borg equivalent of "I meant to do that!" Borg Queen states that Seven is the only Borg Drone ever to be returned to an individual. Another load of crap. Both Hugh and Locutus were returned back to individuals. Earlier, in another Voyager episode, there was a whole cube of drones that regained their individuality. Later, in another episode, we learn that the survivors of Seven's crashed Borg ship were also returned to an individual state. VERY POOR writing.
